Several sizes and types of buildings are available for your event. Choose the perfect one for your wedding reception, graduation, fund raiser, conference or private party.

BUILDINGS - see map for building locations
For each building rental, a $200 non-refundable deposit is required and a credit card will be kept on file until your event is finished. Rental must be paid in full 90 days prior to event.
Available Buildings:
Capacity 400, climate control, restrooms, prep area, 2 bar areas, refrigerators.
Capacity 400, restrooms, prep area, refrigerator, 8' tables and chairs, and fans.

- Building #1 - 143’ x 96’, $2000 Rental Fee for Friday, Saturday and Sunday until 10:00 AM

- Building #3 - 120’ x 110’, $1300 Rental Fee for Friday, Saturday and Sunday until 10:00 AM
Capacity 400, restrooms, prep area, refrigerator, 8' tables and chairs, and fans.
- Building #4 or #20 - 120’ x 65’, $400 One Day Rental Fee - 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
- Building #6 - 120' x 60', $600 One Day Rental Fee - 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
FULL GROUNDS RENTAL
- No Buildings (Restrooms only)
- Ground Rental will be negotiated per request
- $500 non-refundable Security Deposit
- A credit card will be kept on file until your event is finished.
- For consecutive, multiple day rentals, the first day is full rate and each day thereafter is half rental rate.

- Up to 9 feet 11 inches wide: $17.00 per foot of length
- 10 feet to 10 feet 11 inches wide: $18.00 per foot of length
- 11 feet to 11 feet 11 inches wide: $19.00 per fool of length
- 12 feet to 12 feet 11 inches wide: $20.00 per foot of length
- 13 feet to 13 feet 11 inches wide: $21.00 per foot of length
- 14 feet to 14 feet 11 inches wide: $22.00 per foot of length
