Several sizes and types of buildings are available for your event. Choose the perfect one for your wedding reception, graduation, fund raiser, conference or private party.

Rental Contract must be printed, completed and signed by both Renter and Owner.
Building Rentals
For each building rental, a $200 non-refundable deposit is required. Rental must be paid in full 90 days prior to event.
Available Buildings:
Building #1 –
Size: 143′ x 96’
Rental Fee: $2000 for Friday, Saturday and Sunday until 10:00 a.m.
Capacity: 400
Includes: up to 50 5′ round tables and chairs and a raised stage
Amenities: climate control, restrooms, prep area, bar area, refrigerators.
Building #3 –
Size: 120’ x 110’
Rental Fee: $1300 for Friday, Saturday and Sunday until 10:00 AM
NEW $650 One Day Rental Fee – 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Capacity: 400
Includes: restrooms, prep area, refrigerator, 8′ tables & chairs and fans.
Building #20 —
Size: 120’ x 65’
Rental Fee: $400 One Day from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. – Each additional consecutive day half price
Capacity: 350-400
Includes: 8′ tables and chairs and fans. No restrooms.
No restrooms, unless rented with Buildings 1 or 3.
Full Grounds Rental
No Buildings (Restrooms only)
Ground Rental will be negotiated per request
$500 non-refundable Security Deposit
For consecutive, multiple day rentals, the first day is full rate and each day thereafter is half rental rate.
