Includes: up to 50 5′ round tables and chairs and a raised stage
Amenities: climate control, restrooms, prep area, bar area, refrigerators.

Size: 120’ x 110’
Capacity: 400
Includes: restrooms, prep area, refrigerator, 8′ tables & chairs and fans.
NEW $650 One Day Rental Fee – 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Building 20
Size: 120’ x 65’
Capacity: 350-400
Includes: 8′ tables and chairs and fans. No restrooms.
No restrooms, unless rented with Buildings 1 or 3.

Ground Rental will be negotiated per request
$500 non-refundable Security Deposit
For consecutive, multiple day rentals, the first day is full rate and each day thereafter is half rental rate.
